Decent place for 1-2 nights.
Delicious omlette for breakfast. Close to ADO station what was imoprtant for us. Safe neighborhood.
Rather dark in the room. Very small toilet, I don't have enough space for my legs.

Pleasant
It has nice open spaces to hangout but the bathrooms in the room were not so clean. The other bathroom outside are kept cleaner.
People has been living there for long time, under the beds there is so much personal belongings of other guests. Lot of senior citizens living there for long term!

What would you highlight about Hostal Cha Cha Cha
Pleasant stay, good location and breakfast
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in a private room with shared bathroom. We arrived late via ADO so the location was great (ADO just across the street). It is also located very close from the centre with lots of bars, restaurants and motorbike rentals available. If you have a motorbike it is also very easy to get to the beach/archaeological zone from the hostal. The breakfast was included. It was simple but nice (bread, eggs, tomato and cucumber, coffee and milk). The hostal has a nice atmosphere and tough is central is also quiet and extremely safe at night. It has nice touches in the decoration (hammock and tables outside, a huge shell istead of the water tap, beautiful inspirational sentences and paintings outside). The roof our room was beautiful and traditional. The bed and pillow are super comfortable. It is clean, but this could improve a bit. The shower alwuad had hot water. It was great to have a water fountain available to always refill out water bottles. There is also a kitchen but we didn't use (but it is handy if you wish to cook) and it was always clean. There is a rope to hang your clothes so they can dry which is very convenient. Overall it was a pleasant stay and it was a decent enough place to sleep and shower. Good value for money.
We sent several messages about our time of arrival as we were worried about the possibility of arriving a little later than their latest check-in time and asking if they could wait 15' more in case we were late and they were not responsive. When eventually they answered and said they were going to ask around but never messaged back. Luckily we arrived earlier than expected otherwise we would have not been able to check in and sleep there the first night. Though most of the decoration is nice it needs a bit of attention as the front of our room was cluttered and not tidy at all. Also, the back on the hostal looks unfinished and has some broken chairs and things that could be easily fixed and would improve the overall esthetic of the hostal. Also, the room can get pretty hot and the fan does not really makes much difference. AC would be definitely be a great addition. The nets protecting the windows are not sealing well and have little pieces missing l, so sometimes you have some bugs in the room. The shared toilet had ants at times and not a lot of pressure when flushing. The liquid soap ran out on the second day on both sinks and it was never replaced. We asked for prices for motorbike rental and the person they asked gave us a quote nearly double then we ended up renting for.
